Good news, good news... ♥

But I can't tell you the details yet, hihi ♥
Working as a nurse doesn't 100% fulfill me recently. I'm proud and sophisticated enough to say I'm a really good nurse, but I also feel like a lot of my other talents are wasted... also, I would love to invest more time into Gyaru again.
So I just got an awesome Gyaru related opportunity that will hopefully fulfill all of my hearts desire, hihi ♥ Maybe I can even go to Japan frequently! OMG so dreamy... ^/////^


Yesterday I've been searching for my circle lenses for HOURS. I ended up organizing our whole storage, office and bathroom during the process. lol
THEN I remembered... I threw my lenses away because they reached the expiry date. BUMMER. lol

What a good reason to get new lenses! It's also a little reward for cleaning every corner of the appartement. =P

Melancholy~

Aaaaah, I feel like I'm getting old recently. lol
Looking at my past... I feel like I have so many things to look back to. Whyyyyy... when did life become so stuffed and complicated? xD"

I miss the carefree times, but it also somehow felt good to settle down recently. I'm starting to become a really good housewife and create a cozy little nest for me and my hubby. Nothing bad about it, right? =3

We finally got a dishwasher!!

FREEDOM.
I tell you. Best investment EVER! xD

Our kitchen is small, so we can only fit the chibi version of a dishwasher in there. xD"
I also sorted out lot's of kitchen machines that constantly got into my way, and got myself a ALL-IN-ONE kitchen machine...

NEW LOVE.

 It's called "Thermomix", and there's nothing it can't do. Smash, steam, boil, make ice cream...
If you talk nicely to it, it might even curl your hair and tell you compliments ♥ ...uhm yes. xD
(My sexist coworker called it "housewife playstation". ~.~)

Even though I enjoy settling down, my love for fashion and make-up has never been stronger. =)
I can't believe that I'm into Gyaru for 6 years already, can you?! 

I'm recently looking back to where I came from, and to be honest - I had a good laugh about it!

 Back then I thought my look was THE SHIT. xD
I remember how proud I was to wear my first pair of plain black 14,2mm circle lenses and that unstyled Cyperous wig from Japan. lol

But I'm very happy that I kept going on from that point. Practise makes perfect, right?
I didn't reach perfection yet, but that's okay - I'll be on my way. =)

I also came to remember my Western Gal Idols from my beginner Gal times... do some of you know the names Pin, Riv Riv, Monica Tang, Viivi and Zhi Zhi? Oh god, how I loved their style (though I'm sure they're all still gorgeous nowadays) - they've been a great inspo and motivation, so I guess I owe them a lot... thank you from my heart ♥

 

Beeing stuck in my memories, I also started collecting "old" Ma*rs items, that were super trendy when I started Gyaru. I managed to get my hands on these babies recently ♥

Aaaah, I miss the times when Ma*rs still did those over-the-top designs... nowadays it's only flashy prints or toned down x golden buttons... =/

 

Also, after lusting over this for 3 months, I got myself a Coastal Scents make-up Set!!

 Brush Set, Lip Color Palette, and Eyeshadow Palette - WORTH EVERY CENT!! I've never had higher pigmented cosmetics, I'm super satisfied! I will definately buy from them again! =)

I feel like my make-up already improved because of it! Oh, and I also think I stepped up my Gel-nail game! =P

Definately not perfect, but I'm on the way. =)

I love to do experiments and try new techniques, so I actually already removed these - I wanna do new nails tomorrow!

Summary of the past weeks! ♥

Hey Gals, how was your summer?

My summer was basically non-existant, due to horrible rainy weather in Germany... I rarely go the chance to wear any of my sexy summer clothes, what a giant waste!! I'm still upset that autumn is already here... Q__Q

I've been asked why I went on a hiatus again... it actually has a very happy reason! I'm getting married this month! ♥ (Just at the register office for now, but yay! xD)

I'm super excited and happy, I hope you all can be happy with me! 25.10. will be the big day ♥

Well, but such an important event also comes with lot's of preparation work... which explains my hiatus, I think. ;D

I'm going to wear my Jesus Diamante dress for the wedding ♥

I hope I can be a beautiful bride ♥

Some of you might know that my future husband is coming from Taiwan... his native languages are Taiwanese and Chinese (but he's also fluent in English and German), so I decided to learn Mandarin!

Obviously, this is just a random page of one of my study books. lol ~ Way too advanced Chinese here! I'm still at a beginner level. =P

It's still quite hard for me, especially because of the writing... I have to work out a learning strategy. xD" Thanks god I have the best teacher at my home ♥

Besides Chinese, I also improved my Gel-Nail skills, I guess! ♥

Favorite Nail-Set so far... I especially liked the middle finger! That's gonna be my wedding nails ♥

My coworkers always make fun of me, because any of my nails looks different... they won't believe it's supposed to be like this. lol

That was my Mermaid-style Nail-Set... wasn't too happy with this, but at least it gave me a little summer vibe.^^"

I also got new clip-in hair extensions from dirtylooks! They're really fabulous ♥ But I had a hard time to tone them to the matching color...

ABSOLUTE FAVORITE D.I.A SET-UP SO FAR!! 

The first time I saw it on mbok was in February... but I couldn't bring myself to buy it, because it was quite expensive. Same thing in April, and then I couldn't forget about it anymore. (God, I am so sick. lol) When I saw it still for sale on mbok last month, I took a heart and bid on it! BEST DECISION EVER!

The skirt has built in shorts, and the material is fluffy and warm! I already have unlimited outfit ideas with this! :´D

That's actually a year old, I just happened to find it on my cellphone. lol

I was in Tokio back then, this was my cozy outfit for exploring Ikebukuro. =) I've met some super sweet girls at the train-station back then, they were all like "Wah, kawaii! Neko-chan!!" I wish I would have been brave enough to ask for a photo with them, they were so pretty and cute! Q__Q *forever too chicken*

Topic of the day: Put as much d.i.a on your body as you can. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. lol

♥Random bit's of life♥

Before I make my massive shopping haul post, I'd like to give short summary about the happenings of the last weeks - just to assure you that I'm not only sitting in front of the PC, chasing after clothes on mbok. lol

I got my copy of the final issue of the EGG magazine!

They really made an awesome last issue!
There's a special about egg models of the past years, and they also printed a timeline of all EGG covers! So interesting, I felt like taken back in time. Q__Q Nostalgia strikes!

Yun looks brilliant in all of her shootings, especially in the Bikini special of this issue! I'm gonna miss her funny snapshots with the other models. =/

I'm not gonna make this another post about magazines dying out, because I'm pretty sure we can also make it without printed media. Time to be a little more creative ourselves, I think of it as a challenge! =D

Recently my hair was showing big damage on the tips again, I guess it's because I went tanning quite a lot recently. =/ So it was time to pull out my secret weapon...

Shiseido Tsubaki hair oil!

I first tried it when I was in Taiwan - back then, the damp air destroyed my hairstyles IN NO TIME. I got more and more frustrated every day, it was a big problem! xD" I saw all those cute taiwanese girls on the streets, with their neatly layed flat hair waving softly in the wind - while I was looking like a broom, with my hair sticking out to all directions possible! 

I was very lucky that the staff of Cosmed could recommand a suitable product for my hair type (which was a challenge for the staff as well, not only because I am a foreigner but also my hair is chemically processed).

So after the next shower, I carefully massaged 5-8 drops of the oil into my hair - and OMG, it has never been softer and fluffier before, a miracle! :'D 

I spent the half day running my fingers through my hair, I swear. lol

I ordered this bottle from Japan now, for a quite high price of 15€... but by the little amount I need, it'll last for at least 6 month. 

I`m very happy with this product, and I can only recommand it to everybody that has problems with dry hair / untamable hair. =)

I also got into DIY Gel Nails the past weeks!

I never got my nails done since my Taiwan trip, and spending at least 40€ every 4 weeks seemed to be a bit too pricey anyways... But I really missed my shiny and firm nails, so I thought I might as well try it myself!

This was a quite cheap starter Set that I found online, and I even got another 15% discount on it! Obviously, I couldn't resist any longer. xD
 

My first try of Gel nails was a quite... interesting experience. ~lol I'm very thankful my BF helped me during the process, otherwise I would have given up easily. And the outcome wasn`t even that bad...

No close-up though... trust me, you don`t wanna see that. lol

It actually was pretty fun to do the nails in the end, so now I'm already thinking about which design to do next! There are so many inspiring photos and videos out there, it's a bit hard to decide!

Last but not least, I decorated our balcony with some nice flowers! 

The balcony is my little recreation spot within the appartement. ^^

I also got us a box with mixed herbs, I love to use them for daily cooking! Fresh herbs really improve the taste of the dishes a lot. x3

Oh, and I also got this beautiful hydrangea for my B-Day - it's so pretty! x3

I hope I can keep it healthy and beautiful for a long time! Still need to work on my green thumb. xD"
