Gyaru gaki

Gyaru gaki: Children that are dressed in gyaru style (jap. "gaki" = "brat")

A while ago, the japanese brand MA*RS (famous for koakuma-kei style clothes) cought attention in kind of a bad way - they were selling rather revealing kid´s fashion.
(I can´t find any stockphotos of their kid´s series anymore, and I also couldn´t find a childrens section on their webstore - I suppose they don´t sell kid´s wear anymore. o.O)

This was the first time when Gyaru gaki cought my attention - in a rather bad way, I must confess. ^^"

Anyways - MA*RS is not the only brand that does focuss on gal style fashion for kids - and of course, there are lot´s of positive examples!

Gyaru gaki does take a turn on every common gal style such as Mori (dressing very natural, like a girl that lives in a forest), Amekaji (japanese turn on US fashion) & Rokku (dressing like a rockstar) ~ just for example. =)

Here are 2 links to common Gal gaki shops! Again, you will have to use a shopping service to purchase from there. =)
Dreamwing
Coco Market

I can also recommand rakuten, especially Yumetenbo kid´s rakuten store! =D
They´ve got so much cute stuff there, so I took most of my images below from Yumetenbo. ^^
You will have to use a shopping service to purchase from rakuten as well! =)

And since none of my blog entry´s is complete without a giant photo-listing... up on the pic´s now! x3

Looks like they had so much fun during the shooting! =D
The girl with the ugg-style boots is looking so cuuuute!

I wish I would have been such a cool kid... xD"
The leopard cap rocks! xD

Typical (hime)gal style shoes are available for kids as well...

...but this does remember me of the "Suri scandal" so much! x__X
I´m talking about the daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. Some years ago, there was a huge scandal on german medias, showing sweet little Suri wearing ca. 2cm high heeled shoes, photo here. There was a huge discussion if Katie and Tom are good parents or not. o.O

Personally... I won´t make my (future) little daughter (xD") wear such shoes. It seems to be so uncomfy for a little girl, and it´s bad for the feet´s growth for sure. o.O

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhw... :´D
AHHHHHHW. :´D
What more do I have to say? xD
I find the armwarmers on the romper in the left upper corner a bit useless... o.O
But the rest of the outfits is just so cuuuuuuute! :´D

Haha, I do own the same orange/pink tunic as the girl in the upper left corner. =)
Most outfits on Yumetenbo kid´s are smaller versions of the clothes sold on the regular Yumetenbo store for grown gals - so that little girls can twin up with their (possibly gal) moms, perfect example in the pic in the under right corner! xD
I really love the pink polkadot outfit, looks so colorful and sweet! =D

Of course Yumetenbo kid´s does take a turn on the famous short skirted Yukata that became famous recently. =)

BUT...
This store does also feature a sexy koakuma-kei category for kids.
I dislike this a lot, especially the right outfit with the giant pink lace garters.
I just don´t see the point dressing a little girl in sexy overknee stockings? Am I oldfashioned? o__o"
Some pieces of those outfits are okay when worn with a lot less revealing outfits - just like the pink leather jacket. Might look super cute with black pants and a cute printed T. =)

I think that´s enough for today, thanks for your attention! x3

It´s such a sweet, sweet life, isn´t it?

P.S.: I`m very sorry for the lack of updates AND answering on comments recently. I have been so damn busy with work, I just couldn´t make any time. I´m very sorry for this. ^^"
I promise to do it better soon! x3

I want the summer back o///o

The weather is getting so cold now in Germany... dark, rainy, and the streets start to be so dirty again (mud and rotten leaves everywhere. x__X).
No wonder I´m getting into a very melancholic mood again... it´s the same with me every year. xD" Once autumn and winter is coming, I´m getting into really bad mood easily. xD"

So... actually I don´t feel a lot of inspiration for writing a (reasonable xD") blogpost. =/
So just another photo update this time. ^^"

From old to new. =)

Btw... since my webcam was only taking perfectly overblended photos (dammit, I`m looking like a ghost on every snapshot. <.<), I just bought a new one online! Can´t wait to get it and try it out! x3
Ghost times are over, aye! Ò__O/

Can´t get enough of side tails... xD"
I just had to try it out again. =)
I´m not wearing any lashes here - I admit that I`m mostly too lazy to put them on after work. =/ (I´m not allowed to wear them at work)

My natural hair + long straight extensions
I was invited for a vampire party that day, so I combined lot´s of my lolita items with sexy leather leggins - unfortunately I couldn´t take any good photos of my outfit that day. =/ (I always suck with that. ^^")

After work...
I mostly wear such a hairbun at work, to give my boring uniformed nurse look at least just a tiny bit of style. ^^"
Of course no earrings and headbow at the hospital. o.O
Strict rules are strict. ^^"

Just for fun...It´s da gal without any bodyz! Dx
Holy cow... that´s why I bought the new cam. xD"

Cought while doing a videochat with my dear Mai-chan. xD"She´s got a talent for capturing my silly poses. xD"

Short hime beehive...
I´m trying to do some new things with my prisila halfwigs as long as my new extensions are on the way to my home. o.O
I teased the hell out of the hairpiece for this style, just to find out I placed the volume part too far on my backhead in the end. ^^"
FAIL.
But okay, I will learn from my mistakes. =)

I still have to improve a lot... but I think I`m on the way to gyaru!
I will give my very best, aye! Ò__O/

It´s such a sweet, sweet life, isn´t it?

MAGIC

Woooooooow... O___O

This is what gyaru make-up (and eyelid glue + circle lenses) can do! Isn´t it fascinating?
What a huge difference!

Sorry, just a tiny entry this time... I`m a bit busy these days. ;D

♥Metamorphose temps de fille♥

Metamorphose (the short version of the name) is a japanese lolita brand, get more info´s on this great site: info over heeeere! =D

When I started getting into lolita fashion, Meta wasn´t even a tiny bit interesting to me, I confess. I had a crush on AP from the beginning until now... xD"
But when they started to come up with all those unusual clothes (like the famous PU leather skirt, or the denim version!), Meta catched my interest immediately!

Now I`m so in love with all those detailed prints they´re making - even though the shape of their dresses is mostly not my cup of tea. (I`m a bit picky about this... xD")

I put together a collection of my fav. Meta prints, including print close-up! =)

Oh, and by the way... Swan´s are kind of Metamorphoses "seal". There are swan´s in almost every print of them - so can you find the swan´s in the pictures? ;D
(Haha, remembers me of the old "Where´s Waldo?" books. xD)

ROOM PRINT
(yay, such a creative name... xD")
The whole dress is full of tiny details, which I personally love most about it! Especially on the black version of the dress, the sweet print pop´s out the best I think.
I personally don´t like the shape of this dress, it´s too simple for me - but very perfect in order to get the full attention on the amazing print! =)

MOONLIGHT NIGHT
Meta´s turn on a gate print. xD
I think they pulled it off perfectly, the gate including the Logo looks fabulous!
But I don´t like the clouds above, since they´re looking like a army camouflage pattern on the dress in my opinion. x__X

SWAN LAKEAaaaaah, my absolute favorite (especially this colorway and shape)!
One of Meta´s most romantic prints in my opinion - and the shape of this JSK is just perfect for it, with all the frills! (The breast part with the bow can be taken off, so this JSK can be worn as underbust JSK too! Very functional. =D)
My best friends fav. dress, she infected me with all the love for it. xD"

TWINKLE JOURNEY
Meta´s latest print features Pegasus! :´D
It´s so super sweet, elegant and romantic in this colorway! There are tiny stars all over the skirt part of this JSK, and the top features a lacing with a blue ribbon, to pick up one of the main colors of the print again.
I love all the glitzy so much... and of course the little pony, can´t help it. xD"

Metamorphose is definately worth a look, it´s a great brand besides the famous Angelic Pretty and Baby, the stars shine bright. =)

BONUS PIC:
My breakfast. xD
I felt a bit sick the past weeks, so today I decided to eat a vitamine C bomb for breakfast! A fat Honey Pomelo! xD
(I put an egg beside it to show you how giant it was!)
Haha, but the eatable part of it isn´t that big - maybe the size of a grapefruit. The rest is a big hill of peel. xD"
I love pomelo most of all citrus fruits, because it´s not sour and bitter, but really sweet! x3

Sweet & Sexy ♥ Picture heavy! ;D

I still have got a heavy crush on koakuma-kei and agejo style clothes.
I only have a few clothes that match this style, but some new hot items will arrive soon, yahoo! ♥

Since I´m so impatient, I`m going to give my heart a rest with some sexy eyecandy! x3

Here are some of my fav. items from my fav. brands!

GOLDS INFINITY

Garter style pants
So sexy from the front AND the back! :´D
Needs some gut´s to wear them outside, I think... but I would love to try! Ò__O/

Lingerie top
Reminds me of playboy bunnies somehow. xD"
I think it would look even more hot (and less costumey...) with a black high collar lace shirt underneath. o.O

Overknee leather boots
So perfect for rokku kei as well! :´D

Pretty typical Golds Infinity style top =)Sweet fluffy fur on the collar! :´D

3-colored dress
Great style, great model! :´D
I really like the beret she´s wearing with this outfit. Gives some cute touch to this sexy dress!

Salmon pink & delicate laceAmazing color, makes the whole dress appear elegant and sexy!

MA*RS

Fur & Rose boots
...Wow.
Just... wow! *___*
I´m sure this heel would kill me... but still, I wanna haaaave them! ~///~
...who cares about a broken ankle when your ankle is inside one of theeeese... :´D

Glitzy chain shoe decoI´ve added some decorative chains and (former) necklaces to my boots last year as well... of course they´re making some weird sound while walking, so most people kept on staring at me in disbelieve. xD"
Since this chain is tighter then mine, it might work out a lot better (and more quiet while walking... xD").
Maybe I should give it a new try. o.O

Leather & Lace Leggins
Those leather leggins are super trendy already, and I love how Mars combined it with sexy lace!
Extra hot! x3

Most beautiful shorts I`ve ever seen. :´DI do already own such a pair of shorts with pink lace... but I really want the black version as well one day! ~///~
The butterfly chain adds some extra cuteness, so beautiful!

Fox tail
Super trendy this year!
I don´t like wearing real fur very much, though. =/

Sexy pink ribbon blazer
The inner side features Mars famous chain & roses fabric, as you can see on the sleeves! =D

YUMETENBOU

Glitzy sandals
The tiny bow on the toe-ring is so cute, but it looks a bit lost in my opinion. xD"

Famous heart heelsOften seen on lot´s of japanese magazines. =)

Sexy back-lacing blouse
I especially like the giant bow and the hot pink version! *__*

Even a normal sweater can be super sexy...
Kyaaah! I want one! ~///~
Unfortunately the bust measurements are too small for me. =/

Simple but sexy
The bra part is sewn in. =)

Wow...
What else do I have to say?? *___*

I adore people that wear those clothes without caring about the meaning of others. It´s obvious what most people might be thinking when seeing girls wearing such hot stuff... so close minded!
All those hot gals are my idols, I wanna do my very best to grow enough self-esteem to suit this style perfectly. =)

Well, enough of this post already. ;D
Thanks for reading!

♥ Chinese Lolita brands ♥

I´ve seen so many cute Lolitas wearing chinese brands recently! So nice to see, since I love to wear them, too. =)

Mentioning the word "Lolita" together with "China" has mostly been a bad sign in the past.
China had a bad reputation of producing tacky and super poor made replicas of beautiful brand dresses. Ebay is a famous platform for such cheap rubbish dresses, so better watch out carefully before buying from there. =/

Since some years, lot´s of chinese lolita brands gained a very good reputation with producing own and unique designs with good quality. Most of them can be found on taobao.com (it´s like... China´s eBay. xD).
And not to forget... even really famous jp brands like Angelic Pretty work together with chinese manufacturers. ;D

So, just to name some recommandable chinese Lolita brands...

FAN+FRIEND

First... BEWARE! F+F is selling Cosplay costumes that are looking more or less lolita-ish, too - so it´s useful to take a close look at the items to check up if they´re lolita or not.

~ F+F is the most trustable brand selling their stuff on eBay.
~ They´re producing replicas and own designs
~You can order directly from their webstore
~ The quality of their items is really good for the rather cheap price
(I own a tuxedo jacket made by them - my favorite jacket because it fit´s so flattering, and the quality is great by no means!)
~They do custom sizing
~Lot´s of color variations available for every item
~Recommandable: Very warm and good quality winter coats! ^^

Some photos...
I´m pretty sure those are AP replicas, though. o.O

ANNA HOUSE FASHION

~mostly Classic / Sweet / Hime designs
~Long history of making lolita clothes
~Producing mostly their own designs, just a few replica
~You can order directly from their website
~Nice quality for nice price - you get what you paid for! =)
~They´re using good lace, not the cheap plastic stuff
~They do custom sizing
~They do produce shoes as well!
(There have been some issues with their shoes some years ago, but they improved a lot! Now their shoes are really recommandable. ^^)

Some photos...
I got this classic lolita OP...
...as you can see! xD
My absolute favorite outfit for autumn! x3
(Photo taken some days ago, I went to an apple market with my granny)
The dress was custom made, and it did fit like a glove when I got it - now I lost some weight, and it´s a bit too loose on my body therefore. xD"
I added some details to the dress, as you can see. ^///^
/=spam=end. xD"

ROSE MELODY

~Famous for super pretty dresses with great quality
~Producing their own designs, BUT: some pieces are inspired by JP brands, can´t be unseen
(example: Moi-Meme-Moité ~ Rose Melody)
~You have to use a shopping service to buy from their taobao shop, OR order from qutieland for example. You can also get the dresses second hand on the egl community sales. ^^
~Famous for high quality embroidery and detailed prints
~They do custom sizing

NOTE: Here´s a list and lot´s of reviews about almost ALL taobao lolita stores!
Check it out, there are so many more great brands listed! x3
Aaaaah, that´s why I love egl

Some photos...I just bought this one second hand...When it appeared on the Rose Melody webshop about 1 year ago, it was love at first sight. :´D
I always had a reason to not buy it, though... (saving money for vacation... xD")

I just bought it second hand for a great price, and I can´t wait to hold it in my hands soon.
I´ll coordinate it with black items, I think

Those 3 brands are really just a few out of so many great chinese lolita brands!
I can just recommand to check out the list below again, especially when you don´t want to/you can´t spend lot´s of money on your lolita wardrobe. =)
Click me... again! XD

Oh, by the way... since such questions come up pretty often:
I would not say that chinese brands are producing the same quality dresses as most JP brands do. There´s still a huge difference between... for example AP´s delicated dresses and Rose Melody - which is just normal, as you can already guess from the price differences. o.O
Haha, I don´t think I have to take it any further. =)

Thanks for reading! x3

I ♥ Diesel

Some new pieces for my ♥PANTSU SERIES♥! x3
(*PANTSU SERIES: cute/funny/interesting/whatever pants I would love my Honey to wear. =P)

Who´s your daddy?!! Dx
The color is a bit too flashy for my taste, though. o.O"

Counterpart...

Diesel is making such nice underwear! =)

BONUS:
Japanese undies I found online...
O__O"
Maybe with a bit less feminine lace & no bow, plz? ^^"
(Seriously... I think with a more masculine lace including something like crosses/guns/whatever this might look really nice. o.O)

It´s such a sweet, sweet life, isn´t it?
