Photo Dump ♥

Hey sweethearts! ♥

During my absence, a few photos have piled up. =) ~ Just wanna show you I am still alive. ;D

Photo taken during class
Argh, my classmate wanted to try her new phone camera, and cought me... not so... following the class. xD"
Look at that bow overload. lol ~ It was a rainy and cold day, so I just wanted to wear something cozy and cute to feel good. ♥

I also got my Ice Blue lenses in the mail! ♥
(upper left corner: "This could be the perfect place for your advertise! lol")
I was a little disappointed, because they don't really pop out on my dark eyes. =(
Maybe I'll do a review about them later!
That day, I was wearing a Kogyaru-like outfit, but I didn't manage to take a decent photo of it. ;___;

Therefore I'll serve you with a crappy webcam shot. lol

When spring finally got here, I started to feel like wearing something Hime-like again - my favorite style of all ♥
It really sucks that I can't wear it every day. ;___; I feel so comfortable with that style!

Just wanted to play a little with my wig...
But I am not really satisfied with the result.xD"
This time I wanted to leave out the fringe, because it does tend to make my face look even more chubby then it already is. Q__Q But well... fail. =/
At least the outfit is okay! xD"

And of course... the notoric webcam snapshot! xD"
I also used this one in the header. =)

I'll be trying to create a cute new signature for my blog now, wish me luck! ;D

Some news & I got tagged! ♥

Hey sweethearts, how are you all doing? =D

My blog layout is almost finished now, yay! ♥
The only things missing are a decent blog signature and some flash animations my darling is creating for me! (Thanks baby, you're the best ♥)
May I ask you how you like it so far?

Besides the new layout, I got some more gorgeous news - I FINALLY HAVE MY DRIVING LICENSE!! :´D
Okay, pic not 100% related... it's the key of the driving school car. xD Dammit, I won't drive such a cool car for the next 10 years. Somehow really sad to realize. lol
I still can't believe that I passed the exams. I feel like I'm still such a noob in driving, and I'm actually really scared to drive without my driving teacher. xD"

During my absence, I also got tagged by cute Eddie! Check her cute blog here: Miracle Paint - Paint it all over in black! She's pulling off various Gal fashion styles so well, you should really check her coordinated looks! I really adore her ♥

Rules:
1. Each person must post eleven things about themselves on their blog.
2. Answer the questions the tagger has set for you plus create eleven questions for the people you tag to answer.
3. Choose eleven people and link them in your post.
4. Go to their page and tell them.
5. No tag backs.
6. You legitimately have to tag.

11 facts about myself:
1) I have 4 pierces – one on my left ear, three on my right ear.
2) My natural hair color is ash brown. I dye my hair blonde since 8 years, my current haircolor is beige-blonde. =)
3) I’m super shy when I get compliments, it’s very hard for me to handle such situations. Instead of a simple “Thanks!” I will rather say: “No no, everybody will look cute with 2,5kg Make-up!” ^^”
4) I’m very ambitious. If I don’t reach my own standards, I get terribly mad at myself.
5) I never had my nails done by a nailist (yet! XD)
6) Now that my friend shoi moved away, I’m the only Lolita in my area. ;__;
7) My favorite flowers are Lillys!
8) I have a lot of birthmarks spread all over my body and face. Thanks to the inventor if concealer & camouflage, I can cover them pretty well. xD
9) My favorite perfumes at the moment are “Sun Delight” by Jil Sander and “Angel Heart” by Clandestine! ♥
10) If I don’t wear make-up, I’m often mistaken for beeing younger then 16 years. Just happened few days ago at the supermarket. (I’ve got a darn round babyface… xD”)
11) I’m a sucker for Ghibli films! My alltime favorites are “Howls moving castle” and “Spirited away” *___*

Eddies questions
Whats your favorite music band?
I absolutely adore Super Junior and Super Junior M ♥

Which kind of fabric/material do you like the most in clothing?
At the moment, I really like chiffon because it is so flowy and summery! =)

How old do you wish you are?
Beeing 17~21 again would be cool! XD

What your eye’s color is?
Very dark brown! =)

What do you wish to do in life?
Travel a lot to Asia, get married and have a happy family with 2 or more kids! =)

Show me your favorite accessory and explain why it is your favorite.
My favorite accessory is my “Lady Rose” Canotier by Angelic Pretty!
Picture showing shoi and me
It’s my favorite because “Lady Rose” was my first brand item, and it came with the canotier! It is so princessy and I immediately started crying when I finally held it in my hands. I decorated the canotier a little bit, and wear it differently to its normal purpose.

Can you explain in three lines what your style is?
My style is mostly depending on my working schedules, to be honest – I cannot wear nailpolish, fake lashes and heavy make-up at the hospital. When I’m off or having a school period, I love to wear colorful, cute and princessy styles along with sweet accessory and curly hair! I’m usually not so focussing on wearing the latest trends, I usually just wear what I like – if it happends to be trendy at the moment, that’s gorgeous. =)

If you could have a free hair dye, which color would you choose?
I would so love to have blonde with a red/pink undertone, the typical gyaru colors! ♥ If my hair was a little longer, I would also love to have dip dyed light pink tips ♥

Tell me a stupid thing you did when you were younger.
On Silvester 2002, I accidentally made the postbox of our neighbours explode due to a misleaded firecracker. XD” (Of course I paid them a new one, but it was so so soooo embarrassing. ~////~)

Have you ever been outside your country? If yes, which is your favorite place?
I’ve been to many countries when I was a little child, but I can’t remember those trips. =/ The trips and vacations I can remember were to Austria (countless visits, since we’re living 15 minutes walk from the border. Lol), Italy, Denmark and Swiss. I mostly loved the weather and food in Italy, and the beach and lakes in Denmark! ♥

What’s your song? I mean, the song that represents you the most.
Like a theme song? Haha, such a nice idea, but so hard to decide!
When I’m at work, it mostly happens that this song is on my mind: Spirit (Iryu OST. It’s a japanese medical drama that I used to like, especially because of the music. XD)
Besides that, I would like a happy and easygoing tune, with a little bit of romance - so cheesy! xD: Super Junior – Miracle ♥

11 questions for the tagged bloggers:
1) How much time do you need for your daily make-up/morning routine?
2) What's your favorite mascot/character? (Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, etc.)
3) Describe your fashion style 5 years ago.
4) What's your favorite (soft)drink?
5) What's the last item you bought?
6) If your friends have to describe you with 3 words, what would they possibly say?
7) Did you ever get a (Lolita/Gyaru) Valentine?
8) Do you have any pets? If yes, what's their name, and could you possibly show a photo? =)
9) How will you react when a stranger is saying a rude thing to you?
10) What's the 10th song in your ipod/phone/any-device-that-can-play-music playlist? =)
11) How would your dream man/girl look like?

I tag:

It might take me some time to inform you all that you've been tagged, since the PC I'm currently using is terribly slow - loading a blog page takes me at least 2 minutes, so I rather wait until I have my usual PC back in a few days. Sorry dears. xD"

Busy, busy, busy...

Title says it all. =(
I can still cope with the stress at the moment, since it is mostly positive kind of stress - marriage preparations for a close family member, decorating the room for her baby (she's pregnant), organizing a cake sale for my school (I'm member of the students council), driving lessons (kinda scary, but fun. xD), working, school, part time job... I better end the list now, it's getting too long. xD

But I'm doing really fine, and I just wanted to thank all of you for keep following my blog. I haven't lost any follower over the past months, even though I'm a terribly blogger that rarely posts anything... Thank you all so much for staying in touch! ♥

For today, I just wanna update with all the photos I've taken the past months but never posted. Just a little random photo spam. ^^~
(They're not in a timely order since I can't remember when I took them, sorry. O__O")

Finally a Bubble Tea store (with really cute staff, hrhrhr) opened at my city!!!
(Black milk tea with tapioca boba)
I was dreaming of this for so long, it finally came true. :´D
Now we even have a 2nd one, and a 3rd one will be opened in June!
Oh holy calories, that's going to be a summer full of exercise. xD"

Random photo I took after work in the locker...
I guess a lot of people will feel the urge to click the big "X" in the upper right corner now, lol.
Work = Getting up at 5 a.m. = to freakin' lazy to do anything related to styling.
Those oversize uniforms are a joke, by the way. Mine is labeled as an 2 XS, which is so much of a fail I can't tell. I'm an M size naturally, but this one fits like an L/XL in some parts... Irony. <.<

Darling and me had a fun talk about our future kids a few weeks ago (YES, we are THAT kind of an annoying couple. lol), when we found that funny website that does merge your photos into your future baby...

Our future daughter ♥
She resembles my BF's kids photos so much. xD

And our future son ♥
OMG can u tell how Q he is?! :´D
He's got my chubby face, but that'll grow out in his future, I hope... xD

After spreading the link of that website in my class, 50% of the girls will be spending the weekend randomly merging their photos I am sure. lol
If you wanna try it as well, here's the website: morphthing.com
(Don't get turned off by the sexy photos, they're not related to the morphing machine. xD)

I also merged two photos of myself to see how Junior Chirality would look like. EPIC FAIL. I can't show that bizarre monster to you, you'll be traumatized. xD"

Tutuha style necklace ♥
I didn't spend any money on clothes and accessory the past 3 month, but this necklace... I just couldn't resist. ♥

Cherry trees start to blossom!
I just found the first blooming cherry tree last week, it is so cute and romantic! ♥ I am so happy that spring is finally here, Winter season got me really depressed. =(

Funny Bonus:
My wig transformation! (Photos taken about... 2 months ago?)
As you may know, I am a sucker for prisila hairpieces. I currently own 5 different hairpieces in the color LIYE, and I just love to play around with them and create new hairstyles!
A lot of girls asked me for hair tutorials previously, which I had to deny - as you can see in this crappy walk-through, my own hair is nothing but a big disappointment. ^^" All the magic is done by prisila!
Disclaimer: Plz excuse the weird photos, jerky me is a jerk. xD" (Flat hair after work, un-centered mid-split, weird faces... and the Sujimori has too big strands for sure. EPIC FAIL. lol)
But wohooo, I managed to loose some weight until now. :´D I have my ideal weight back, so happy! Now I can rock the wedding ceremony in my cute dress next week! xD

Have a gorgeous time my sweethearts, and enjoy easter holiday! Thanks once more for following me, I really appreciate so much! Be well, I hope to post again soon! ;)

♥ Agejo/Hime-up your home! ♥

Have you ever heard about the brand "Little Diva"?
It's an european brand (from the netherlands) that does create a wide range of "home"-related items such as bedsheets, dishes, soap dispensers, towels, stationary... and they all perfectly match the Agejo and Hime theme! ♥

The main colors consist gold, hot pink, baby pink, black and denim blue, while the patterns feature a lot of leopard print, denim print, roses print and padding print.
The price range of "Little Diva" is in the medium category, but definately worth the price! I have two coffee mugs from them, and their print does even survive the dishwasher! (Most printed dishes tend to blur from beeing put into the dishwasher too often)

Enough of the bla, let's take a look at the gorgeous items by "Little Diva"! ;D

LD Pillow

Embroidered sleeping Mask

Cute decorated bath bomb
(screw lush, this one comes decorated with a bracelet! xD)

Golden teapot
A little funny how you can see the photographers reflection on the teapot. xD

Coffee mug
I got this one + a leopard patterned one. My favorite cup. ♥

Leopard heart dish
"Be cute and sexy" ♥

Fancy soap dispenser
I so need this! >///<

Now you might wonder where to buy? =D

If you are coming from Germany, you can buy the "Little Diva" collection at some Douglas stores! Or just simply check out their german webstore here! (Unfortunately a lot of items are sold out on the webstore. =/)

If you're from outside Germany, you can check ldbylittlediva.com, where you will be lead to a few different online stores to buy from the "Little Diva" collection. (Just click on the items you would like to purchase, and check the shop links that will be listed beside the items image)

I absolutely ADORE LD's items, especially the leo-printed ones! >///<
My home still lacks some princessy/agejo decoration, so as soon as I have some money left I will blow it on LD for sure! Ò__O/

Thelma Madine - makes your poofy dreams come true ♥

Yesterday, I saw a little TV report about a very special wedding dress designer on TV. Her designs took my heart within a second. ♥

The name of the designer is Thelma Madine, and she got mostly famous through the TV series "My big fat gypsy wedding", which unfortunately is not aired on german TV. =/
She just recently came up with her biography!

Left side: Thelma Madine
Right side
: Happy bride ♥

I just found out about her yesterday, so I could only collect a little information about her ever since. =/

Mrs. Thelma Madine started professional sewing soon after her marriage broke down, about 16 years ago from now. She was designing simple christening dresses which she sold on small markets in Liverpool.

When business started to pay off, she was sentenced to stay in prison for one year, since she owed the government benefits of £10,700 (ca. 12.500€).
She was released after 4 month though, saying that this experience shaped her personality a lot. She began to feel for the travellers, that do often get misjudged by society.

Thelma Madine got back into business of sewing dresses for (mostly gypsy) kids, and gained more and more popularity. Her unique designs were evolving a lot, so it was only a matter of time when she was asked to design a wedding gown and 18 (!) bridesmaid dresses for a big gypsy wedding.

More and more work started to come in, and after all those years she gained the international popularity she has now. Her dresses are rated in upper price category, somewhere between £15.000 and £50.000 (ca. 17.600€ ~ 58.800€) - the real prices were never revealed, though. ;)

What makes her dresses unique: The ridiculous amount of poof (which I just LOVE! *__* Maybe I've been into Lolita for too long. xD), the bling bling, and the sexy yet princessy shape of the dresses.

See yourself, otherwise you won't believe it. :´D

The artist at work ♥
Mrs. Thelma Madine on the very left side!
And the bride lost in poof ♥ I so love the glitter on her bustier and her giant tiara, she looks like a dream princess ♥

Breathtaking snapshot of the backside of a dress
This... is... perfection. ♥
I've never seen such a beautiful detail like this. ;////;

White dream ♥I prefer a more cupcake-shape of the bottom, but still... this is so wonderful! :´D

Thelma Madine does design bridesmaid-gowns, too! ♥
Share some BIG love for poof. :´D

Very inspiring snap from a photoshooting
I love this photo! *__*
It gives me the "Enchanted" feeling, like a disney princess that slipped through the gates of fiction and reality. :´D

Not sooo much related...
...but I want such a carriage for my wedding, too. ;////; And a dress by Mrs. Thelma Madine, to fill out the space in it, just like the models dress above! xD

What do you think about those wedding gowns? A little too much, maybe? ;)

♥♥♥Happy Valentines Day♥♥♥

I currently don't have the time to do a proper entry, but I still wanted to stop by to wish you all a
lovely Valentines Day! ♥

Hope you're all spending a gorgeous day with your beloved ones (may it be BF, friends or family - I believe a "Valentine" can be anybody! ^^), have a wonderful time! ♥

"Valentines Card" I made for my Honey
It's actually a photo of the selfmade chocolate candy I made for him. o///o
He kindly asked for strawberry and vanilla taste this year, so of course I made his sweet wish come true! ^///^

Happy Valentines Day! =D

♥Macaron recipe - comfort your darling on valentines day! ;D♥

Valentines day is coming soon (14th February), so you might want to prepare something special for your darling - sweets are usually the most preferred gift on this day, so why not loli-fy that a little and present some tasty MACARONS? ;D

I'll give you my favorite recipe - everytime I used this, the Macarons turned out to be FABULOUS. You just have to strictly follow the measurements. ;D

Have fun baking! ♥
Disclaimer (lol) - I didn't manage to take new photos while baking, I'll just repost old ones. Sorry that. =/

Tools that you will need:
Mixer
Powder sieve
Kitchen scale
2 baking bowls
1 cup
piping bag
2 baking trays covered with baking paper

Ingredients (dough):
They might sound very weird, but plz be aware that you need to follow those measurements as accurately as you can - a difference of only 3g might cause a different outcome!
47g Almond powder
90g Powdered sugar
37g Eggwhite
10g Sugar
Liquid food colouring (color of your choice. =D)

Igredients (filling):
You can fill the Macarons with pretty much everything you like - jam, chocolate, cream... I've chosen a lavender butter cream for this recipe, since it's my favorite ♥ (tastes so "lolita" xD)
180g~200g of soft Butter (just keep it outside of the fridge for some hours, it'll be soft in no time)
1 Big spoon of milk
8 Big spoons of powdered sugar
12 drops of lavender oil
2 Big spoons of dried lavender blossoms
Liquid food colouring (color if your choice!)

Oven:
140°C on hot air function

Let's get started! =D

1.) Get yourself the kitchen scale, and put a bowl on top of it - grab the sieve and start to powder the almonds, until the outcoming powder is as smooth as possible. Be sure to have exactly 47g in the end! ;D Repeat the same step with the powdered sugar! (Why you have to do this: To create the perfect macarons, all of the ingredients have to bee as fine and smooth as possible!)

2.) Now leave the powdered stuff aside, and grab yourself the second bowl and put it on the scale - throw 37g of Eggwhite in it. (That's kinda tricky and might take a while!) After that, you should prepare the 10 grams of sugar - just simply use the cup and the scale, you should be aware of that technique by now, I guess. xD
After you've prepared those two things, you can start to mix up the Eggwhite, using your mixer. As soon as it does became fluffier and white, add the 10g of sugar into it, and stir it until everything is stiff.
If you're brave, you can do the ultimate test to check if the eggwhite is stiff enough - lift the bowl over your hard and turn it around. If nothing falls out and on top of your head, the eggwhite has the perfect consistance. xD (okay okay, you can skip the head thingy... xD)

3.) So now you should have 2 bowls in front of you. One of them has the powdered almonds and sugar, the other one has the stiff eggwhite.
Add 2 big spoons of the powdered stuff to the eggwhite, and carefully mix it up. Continue this step until you mixed up everything!

4.) Now it's time to make it colorful ♥
Take the liquid food coloring of your choice, and add as less as you can, but as much as you need to get a decent colored dough. Plz be aware of the fact that the colors tend to get a tad darker while baking. =)

5.) VERY IMPORTANT - check the consistance of the dough. Take a big spoon, and put some dough on it. Let it slowly drop down into the bowl again.
The perfect dough will run down stringy, like a ribbon.
If the dough is too sticky/thick: Add some more drops of food coloring or a little eggwhite (talking about a few grams, 7~10g)
If the dough is too thin: Add a little powdered sugar
Correct the dough if needed, before you move on to step 6. =)

6.) Prepare two baking trays with baking paper, and get your piping bag ready. Fill the dough into it, and start to squirt drops of it on the paper - I like my macarons to be rather small, with a diameter of ~3cm. Feel free to make yours bigger, but be aware of the fact that the might need a little more time to bake. =)
Also: The Macaron-drops tend to run out in the first minutes, so be sure to leave some space between them! =)

My baking tray...

7.) The Macarons have to dry for 30 minutes now - plz do not try to shorten this period. It is a very important step, that will cause your Macarons to have a very even and cute "cap" in the end. ;)
Now it's time to heat the oven on 140°C on hot air function!
Things you can do while waiting...
- Write a loveletter for your darling
- Design a Lolita/Gyaru Valentine ;D
- Read the latest EGG magazine (oh how I crave for spring fashion! ~////~)

8.) After you've waited patiently, it's now time to bake your macarons for 12-14 minutes! =D (Depending on the condition of your oven - mine is rather old, unfortunately. =/)
You will see how the Macarons slowly grow taller, while the "cap" stays shiny and even. ^^

9.) Take the baking tray out of the oven, and grab the baking paper (with the macarons glued on top of it) - place it on a cold, even surface (for example the kitchen table). This will make it easier for you to seperate the Macarons from the paper afterwards. =)

Aren't they lovely ♥

While the Macarons cool down, you can prepare the filling! =D
You can fill them with pretty much everything you like, I'll additionally give you the recipe of my lavender cream! ^^

Filling step 1) For my lavender cream, I mix up 1 big spoon of milk with some purple food colouring.

Filling step 2) Mix up 200g of soft butter with 8 big spoons of powdered sugar, and slowly add the colored milk. If the color is not intense enough, it's now time to correct it. ;)

Filling step 3) Add the lavender oil and dried blossoms to finish it off. Check the taste and adjust it to your liking. I prefer a strong lavender taste over a too sweet taste ♥

Back to the Macarons itself! ♥

10.) As for now, the Macarons should have cooled down! Do carefully seperate them from the baking paper.
Now you should sort the Macarons - put two caps with the same size together. ^^

11.) Fill the Macarons with whatever you like, and stick them together! If you were making a creamy filling like my lavender cream, you might want to use the piping bag again! ;D

And you're all finished ♥
Wrap it up in some sweet, decorative paper or a box, and give your Honey a sweet surprise! ♥
♥HAPPY VALENTINES DAY♥

If you use my recipe, I would so love to see photos of your Macarons! x3
Plz also feel free to ask me questions, or give me concrit if there's something weird about my recipe! I'm always looking to improve! =D

It's such a sweet, sweet life, isn't it?
